SHIPPING & RETURNS
All prices are listed in Canadian funds.
Shipping
We ship out packages once a week, on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order was placed by Wednesday 5PM, we'll have it in the post for you for our weekend shipment. If you placed it afterwards, we will ship it out the following weekend. If applicable, we provide tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.

Here are approximate shipping times:
Canadian packages are estimated to arrive in 5-7 days business days from date of shipment
US: 5-10 days
International packages: 7-14 days
Please be mindful that shipping from Canada can be more costly. To keep our shipping costs down, tracking and insurance are only included within Canada. If you require tracking and insurance outside of Canada, please contact us prior to your shipping confirmation email.
Items that have been shipped become the responsibility of the postal system and once shipped, they are out of our hands. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@possibleworldsshop.com.
Customs
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties (which are in addition to shipping costs).
Although a rare occasion, please note that packages may be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.
Free Pickup in Ottawa
Orders are available for pickup approximately 3-5 days after they are ordered (unless a customized item, see below). You'll receive an e-mail from us when items are ready for pickup. Most items will be left at the front desk at Arts Court, open from 9am-10:45pm every day. If you need it sooner or don't hear from us, email us at info@possibleworldsshop.com.
Customized Items
If you have purchased a Possible Worlds Edition t-shirt or tote bag, a kit, screen or other speciality item, please note the processing time may take a bit longer (e.g. 10 days) since we make these in-house on order. You'll receive an e-mail from us when items are ready for pickup. If you need it sooner or don't hear from us, email us at info@possibleworldsshop.com.
Workshops
If it's a workshop you've purchased, your receipt confirms your registration. We'll send you a reminder and/or info on how to prepare and join the workshop closer to the workshop date. Please check your Spam folder.
Refunds or Exchanges
Items
Each piece from Possible Worlds is a unique artist work or limited edition and we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If any shipped item arrives damaged, please e-mail us within 48 hours at info@possibleworldsshop.com and we will try our best to fix the issue. Please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in and send it to us in your e-mail.
We understand that this can be frustrating. We are a small independent art space and we work closely with many artists, small press and independent record labels and it can be somewhat difficult to make exchanges/refunds once we issue payment to them. We do our best to ensure that when your item leaves our shop, it is packaged properly to arrive safely.
Workshops
Due to our small workshop sizes, and out of courtesy for the artist leading the workshop, workshop fees are non-refundable. Please read our terms of service before registering, which also includes options if you are unable to attend your workshop.
