POSSIBLE WORLDS MEETUP #1

After a summer away, let’s get together for the inaugural Possible Worlds Meetup!

Join us at our new studio space at Arts Court for our first meet-up on Thursday, August 31st from 7:00-9:30 PM. Free and open to all.

Please RSVP so we know how many people to expect. Non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks will be available, but feel free to bring your own.

Who can attend? Anyone into graphic art, electronic music, print, DIY, community, independent publishing, artist editions and multiples, records and cassettes, making, sharing, collecting, learning. Basically if you like what PW is about and feel you have something to contribute, then come on out!

At this first meetup, we'll do a meet and greet and collectively discuss what PW Meetups could be. What do you want to see PW Meetups do? Panels? Noise jams? Record listening parties? Zine sharing parties? Studio visits? Shows? Skillshares? Artist supply exchanges? Drawing exchanges? Joint projects? Field trips? Other ideas?

We want to create a space to hear from emerging and established creatives about their journeys, how to work in equitable and alternative ways, create connections, and help you find resources to support your work.

P.S. Our studio will be open for shopping hours, so you can drop in during those times to get a feel for the space and what the meetup is all about :)
